Streaming infrastructure,
built and operated.

Dedicated data center capacity for streaming, media and content delivery, designed for the workloads that move petabytes to millions of screens. We build the facility around the egress, the caching and the transcode pipeline, and we operate it to Tier IV standard so the stream never stops. Build, or build and operate. Your platform, our infrastructure.

The Problem

Streaming is an
egress problem.

A media platform does not look like a typical enterprise tenant. The load is asymmetric, egress-heavy and spiky, the latency budget is unforgiving, and the content has to be protected end to end. Most data centers are built for compute that sits still. Streaming is built to move.

At national scale, a single popular title can drive a wall of concurrent streams in minutes. The infrastructure has to carry sustained, high-throughput egress, hold content close to viewers to keep start times and rebuffering down, transcode a growing library into every device profile, and do all of it without leaking content or breaking digital-rights obligations.

Renting that capacity from a general-purpose cloud, priced on egress, is where media economics break. The cost per stream climbs with every viewer. Building dedicated, owned infrastructure, sized to the egress curve and operated as a platform, is how the largest streaming services keep unit economics under control. That is the infrastructure we build.

The HyperNext Answer

A facility built
around the stream.

Five design choices that make this a media data center, not a general-purpose hall with a CDN bolted on.

CDN / 01

Build, or build and operate

We design and construct dedicated media data center capacity for a single platform, and where you want it, we run it too. A turnkey asset built around your origin, your CDN and your release calendar, operated under the HyperNext platform to Tier IV standard.

CDN / 02

High-throughput egress and peering

Network and power sized to the egress curve, not the average. Rich peering and direct interconnection with India's major networks and internet exchanges, so traffic reaches viewers over the shortest path, at the lowest transit cost.

CDN / 03

Edge CDN points of presence

Content cached close to the audience across the country, anchored to the core campuses over dedicated NHAI long-haul fibre. Faster start times, fewer rebuffers, less load on the origin.

CDN / 04

Transcode and origin compute

GPU and CPU capacity for encode, transcode and packaging into every device and bitrate profile, alongside high-density object storage for the content origin and master library. The pipeline and the storage in one place.

CDN / 05

Content protection and sovereignty

Secure key handling and digital-rights workflows, hardware-isolated where required, with content and subscriber data kept in India under the three-layer sovereignty framework. Protected in transit, at rest and at the edge.

Reference Deployment

A global streaming
platform, localised.

A worked example for a global streaming and media service building dedicated, India-resident infrastructure to serve tens of millions of subscribers. Names are withheld under commercial confidentiality.

Workload
On-demand and live video to tens of millions of monthly subscribers across mobile, web and connected TV; spiky, egress-dominated traffic with hard start-time and rebuffering targets.
Build model
Dedicated build-and-operate. HyperNext constructs the facility around the platform's origin, CDN and transcode pipeline, and operates it end to end to Tier IV standard under an agreed SLA.
Compute
GPU and CPU capacity for encode, transcode and packaging across every device and bitrate profile, scaled to the content release calendar.
Storage
High-density object storage for the content origin and master library, with lifecycle tiers for hot, warm and archive content.
Network
Sustained high-throughput egress sized to peak concurrency, direct peering and interconnection with major Indian networks and internet exchanges, and edge points of presence over dedicated NHAI fibre.
Protection
End-to-end content protection and digital-rights workflows, with content and subscriber data resident in India under the three-layer sovereignty framework.
Operate
24x7 NOC and SOC, per-tenant availability commitment with service credits, and reliability reporting the platform can audit.
