The work continues.

The Mission · This is What's Next®

We are the
Responsible Hyperscaler®

A hyperscaler that secures power before it pours concrete, cools without drinking the water table, and builds the hard parts itself. Responsible is not a label we added at the end. It is how the whole thing is engineered, from the power up.

FOCUS / 01

Power-first

We secured 330 MW power allocation in Telangana before pouring a single slab of concrete. We own 700 MW of captive solar at Khavda today, with 2 GW more in planning.

FOCUS / 02

AI-native architecture

India's first 800VDC data center architecture, engineered around the rack-scale systems coming from NVIDIA, AMD and HPE. Built for the workloads of 2028.

FOCUS / 03

Responsibly built

#aiwithoutthirst. Our Nagmati River project has saved 5+ billion litres of freshwater. Our captive renewables programme powers the next gigawatts.

How we build

The hardest things,
first.

Real scale is not how fast a slab is poured. It is power readiness. Transmission. Partnerships. The discipline to plan in decades, not quarters. That is the order we work in.

01

Power before concrete

Before construction began on our flagship Hyderabad campus, we secured a 330 MW allocation from Telangana State Transmission Corporation. Our dedicated substation was designed, approved and energised in 18 months. While the industry waits for transmission, ours is already on the grid.

02

Architecture for 2028, not 2018

We did not retrofit a legacy facility for AI. We engineered around 800VDC power delivery, direct liquid cooling, and rack-scale systems from NVIDIA, AMD and HPE. Built for the workloads of the next decade, not the last one.

03

Sustainability is operational

700 MW of captive solar already generating in Khavda, Kutch. 5 billion litres of freshwater saved through our Nagmati River programme. Measurable, today. We do not publish targets and call them strategy.

04

Partners that define the category

NVIDIA, AMD, HPE, IBM, Hitachi Vantara on compute and platform. Delta, Eaton, Schneider Electric, Kirloskar on power, cooling and standby. Each chosen for one reason. They are the best in the world at what they do.

FAQ

Common questions.

Straight answers to what hyperscalers, enterprises, partners and suppliers ask us most, with links to the detail. For anything not covered here, write to hello@hypernxt.com.

Platform, power & deployment
What is 800VDC, and why does it matter?
800-volt direct-current power is the new standard for AI-native data centers, adopted by NVIDIA, AMD, Google, Microsoft and Meta through the Open Compute Project. It carries the densest racks natively, removes five or more conversion stages, and cuts copper and conversion losses. HyperNext is India's first data center built to it. The architecture is on the Technology page, and the engineering is set out in HN-RP-002.
Where do Vera Rubin and Helios deploy across your campuses?
The Hyderabad campus is filling with NVIDIA Vera Rubin now, 8 by 2 pods at 240 kW a rack, alongside AMD Helios, the first slice of 800 MW of AI cluster we are deploying across the platform. The densest configuration, Vera Rubin Ultra NVL576, lands at the 1.2 GW Kakinada AI Factory. These racks are cooled by our in-house direct-to-chip system. See the campuses, and talk to us early to lock allocations.
Why offer both NVIDIA and AMD?
Because customers should not be locked to one accelerator. AMD Helios is a genuinely open rack-scale platform, well suited to inference, RAG and a growing share of training. Offering both gives real economic and architectural choice. The full silicon and partner stack is on the Partners page.
How does the IBM partnership work?
We deliver IBM Power and IBM Mainframe directly as managed services for BFSI, Power-as-a-Service and Mainframe-as-a-Service, with no layered intermediaries. It underpins the Hyper 7 sovereign cloud. Lower cost, faster onboarding, accountable SLAs.
What is the Kirloskar genset order?
We placed a 192 MW order with Kirloskar Oil Engines (KOEL), 96 gensets in total. The fleet is configured 2N, full redundancy, to back the 64 MW Hyderabad Phase 1 complex and meet the Uptime Tier IV fault-tolerance requirement. Standby power is secured the way we secure everything, the hard part first. The campus detail is on the Data Centers page.
Sustainability, water & environment
How much water does a HyperNext data center use?
For cooling, effectively none. Our halls run sealed propylene-glycol loops rejected through dry coolers, so there is no evaporative cooling and no make-up water. On-site cooling water is zero, and site WUE stays well below 0.1 L/kWh. We watch the coolant chemistry live with an in-house inline fluid-quality valve. A 64 MW campus draws roughly the direct water of a mid-size hotel, mostly for people. The full numbers are in HN-RP-008, The Water Math.
What are your environmental commitments?
Net zero by 2030, 100% renewable cover by 2029, and 2.7 GW of captive renewable energy by 2028. 700 MW of captive solar at Khavda is operational today, with 2 GW more under planning. We target LEED Platinum at the flagship campus, and LEED Gold and IGBC Green across the portfolio. The methodology, not just the slogan, is on the Sustainability page.
What sustainability is operational today, not just promised?
700 MW of captive solar is generating at Khavda. The Nagmati River programme has saved more than 5 billion litres of freshwater. Cooling consumes no on-site water. #aiwithoutthirst is operational, not aspirational. The live detail sits on the Sustainability page.
Commercial, partnerships & procurement
What commercial models do you support?
Retail and wholesale colocation, build-to-suit, build and operate, build-own-operate-transfer, hyperscale lease, edge deployment and disaster recovery. We match the model to your strategy. The full set is on the Services page.
How do partnerships, JVs and contracts work?
We partner across technology, power, land and capital. Technology is OEM-direct, NVIDIA, AMD, HPE and IBM. Sites and capital are structured case by case, build-to-suit, build-own-operate-transfer, or a joint venture. Contracts run under Indian law, with the Master Services Agreement, SLA, Data Processing Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy forming the framework. Bring us the shape of the deal and we will structure around it.
How do I respond to an RFP or become a supplier?
We run a structured RFP process for power, campus network, security, rack systems and managed operations, each with a pre-bid clarification window. We buy OEM-direct wherever we can, and hold suppliers to the same engineering standard we hold ourselves. If you are an OEM or contractor, send a capability profile to hello@hypernxt.com marked for procurement.
How do you acquire land, including brownfield sites?
Power comes before land, always. We secure substation and grid capacity first, then acquire greenfield or brownfield sites on or near that power. We take on brownfield data center assets where the power and fibre are right and the bones are sound, then cure and rebuild them to our standard. If you hold a site or a stranded asset, tell us the power, the fibre and the title.
Working with us
How do I start a conversation?
Email hello@hypernxt.com with a brief, workload, capacity, geography and timeline. We respond with a Customer Requirements Form to formalise discovery under NDA. Security and vendor-risk teams can start at the Trust Center.
Are you hiring?
Yes, across engineering, operations, commercial and corporate functions. Send a CV to hello@hypernxt.com, and see the Careers page for role families.
