The terms that govern your use of the HyperNext website. They explain what this site is for, what it is not, and how it relates to the agreements that govern our actual services. The website is informational. Our services are governed by signed agreements, which take precedence in every case.
This website describes who HyperNext is and what we are building. It is a place to understand our engineering, our campuses and our commitments. It is not a contract, a price list, or a binding offer.
When you become a customer, a separate set of signed agreements governs the service we provide to you, the Master Services Agreement, the Service Level Agreement, the Data Processing Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy. Those documents, not this website, define what we owe you. Where anything here and a signed agreement appear to differ, the signed agreement governs.
